Teach me, Teach me!
When you utter these two words, several things happen in one go.
- You accept you don’t know, shows your inner strength
- You accept you are willing to learn, shows you like to explore
- You acknowledge the opposite person for what they know, shows your genuine interest to acknowledge others
- You are ready to submit yourself and the power of submission does magic
It’s unfortunate that most people end up using an opposite term instead – “Show me”
What I believe is that all clear-minded people should remain two things throughout their lifetimes: Curious and teachable. The unteachable man is sentenced to being taught only by experience. The tragedy is he reaches nothing further than his pain. Just be silent, humble, and teachable.
