Do you always find reasons to be happy ?? Do you always rely on outcomes of your work or actions to feel happy ??
Let me tell you, you might be programmed wrong about happiness.
Let me quote a story about a person who was popular in his village as the most unhappy person. He used to think that he is one of the most unfortunate person in the world. The people in that village were tired of him that this guy is always gloomy, grumpy and keeps on complaining, and always in a bad mood.
People use to avoid him because he used to spread all the negative vibes. It was insulting to be happy if somebody is sitting next to him. He created feelings of unhappiness in others.
One fine day this guy turned 80 years, and an incredible thing happened. There were rumours in his village that he’s no more complaining about the things and he has started smiling and even he looks very hopeful, positive and has turned into a different personality.
Entire village gathered around him and one of the person asked :- “What has happened to you ?? “
He said – “Nothing special. For all these 80 years I have been chasing happiness, and it was useless. And now I have decided to live without happiness and just enjoy life. And due to this feeling and I am feeling so happy !! 🙂
Most of the time in our lives we let other people’s opinions color our life. Do not let other people’s opinions color your life. Accept yourself the way you are. We drag ourselves at times that I have to do so many things, I have to manage my personal life, office work, etc.
Unless we change that mind programming from “I have to” to “I want to” , we will be in the same zone of stress, no mental peace, complaining mode.
Do not let your happiness attached to the outcome. Do whatever best you can try and let whatever be the outcome…

As Buddha says – “There is no path to happiness ,because happiness is the path”
